Australian Designed and built tough for coastal cruising, delivered 2000, Mala has twice cruised from Sydney to Whitsundays and is set up to go further with a washing machine, new watermaker, plenty or refrigeration, 1360 watts of solar, large battery capacity and equipped with mini keels with stainless steel grounding plates under, offering full propellor and rudder protection but can also be careened on sand in remote areas.
Access from the dock is easy via walk through transoms to a spacious cockpit weather protected by a full flybridge extended hardtop overhead and fully enclosable with sunbrella covers.
Stepping aboard into the spacious teak layed cockpit that is enclosed with sunbrella covers and equipped with two vitrifrigo front opening fridges, stainless BBQ and the docking controls on the port side. The saloon area encompasses a well equipped u -shaped 'galley up' to port aft, a convertible queen size settee/day nighter forward and dining table with an L- shaped leather settee to starboard.
There are two double sleeping cabins on each side forward, and two singles in the flybridge so sleeping for eight to enjoy with family and friends.
Docking her is so much easier with throttle controls on the port side on the lower deck.
Below waterline stripped back to gelcoat and a new antifoul system applied 2022.
