Three cabin Owner's Version in mint condition, after a haulout, bottom sandblast to get rid of antifoul build up and complete new epoxy/ antifoul system applied, hulls polished and waxed February 2023 professionally built and diligently maintained by her present/second owners. The Original owner had her built with an open cheque book so "New Tricks" is an above average Fusion 40. We sold her to the present owner.
Galley up, trimmed in light oak, her generous beam makes for a very spacious cockpit and saloon /galley area.
The elevated steering station is to port forward, side decks are flat and wide for good access forward from the cockpit.
The dinghy is stored on the targa /davits for easy launch and retrieve.
Down below, there is a large walk in bathroom to port aft, generous queen forward, switchboard amidships in port hull. The starboard hull has a queen forward with an ensuite in the bow and an athwartships double cabin aft.
