Rare find as only 8 built and Dash was the last one built in 2011.
Looking for a high quality, big volume, excellent headroom and visually pleasing Catamaran that SAILS AT WINDSPEED which enables you to sail around bad weather systems, minimises passage time and the fun factor under sail is over the top.
Dash is the the newest one built to an incredibly high standard with innovative inclusions like vacuum bagged Vinylester resin gelcoat throughout, solid fibreglass from centreline to around to the turn of the bilge below waterline, raised deck hatches to prevent leaks, stainless overlaid bench tops in the U shaped galley-up for functionality and practicality at sea and at anchor and more headroom than her predecessors. (2m in saloon, 1.9m in galley, 1.85 m in hulls). The forebeam is fibreglass/carbon, the ends sit against the outer hulls on a transverse bulkhead and are heavily e-glassed from the bottom of the bulkhead over the beam to the bottom of the bulkhead on the other side.
The original plan for the aft steps design was revisited (I call them Stairway to Heaven) to prevent following seas (and crocs at anchor) entering the cockpit.
The cockpit is spacious and partially sun shaded under sail (20% of the cruising time) by the curved fixed overhang, but at anchor (80% of cruising time) there is a mesh cover that clips on the aft edge of the overhang and goes to the leading edge of the Targa for full sun protection. At Sea her 900 mm under bridge clearance minimises slapping
The supersize 16" Raymarine axiom pro plotter/radar/sounder/AIS at the helm is amazing to navigate with and there is seating for up to eight in the cockpit.
The saloon / nav station /galley share the same expansive space and with the front hatches open, this is a cool airy space.
Down below, the layout in each hull is the same with a double cabin aft and very spacious bathroom forward, however in the starboard hull there is a single berth amidships and a front loader washing machine in the bathroom.

Remarks
Simplicity is the key to trouble free cruising and Dash offers just this. A simple and selfish layout.. Who needs heaps of cabins and beds if there is just the two of you and family or friends from time to time. Tons of storage, enough for a year without shopping for groceries. Excellent vision from the helm station, generous Andersen winches that make harnessing the power of the performance sails relatively easy, even for the lightly muscled crew.
Over $2 mil to replace, now very realistically priced at $940,000 negotiable.
