After 15 years serving as the owner's home, home office, and a hassle free seven year circumnavigation of the World, the owner has decided to try three hulls instead of two and bought a performance trimaran and do another circumnavigation so has brought Sanctuary back to us to sell... Yes.. We sold her to him 15 years ago.

She has shallow grounding keels for on the hard, centreboards to windward, foam core deck and topsides, solid glass (vinylester and epoxy) below WL.

Sanctuary sails well, just completed 17 days for 3300nm solo across the Pacific (194 NM daily average). Many, many 200+nm days in all oceans. Very well set up for short handed. Electric furling main and genoa.

2x75HP Yanmars, 9 knots one engine (1.3L/nm) and usually run just one motor at a time, nearly doubling fuel range.

All systems working, new vertical batten furling Main and New Genoa, 2 kites, standing rigging 2017, all systems serviced and functional (manuals and maintenance history available). New rudders, shafts and bearings, three blade feathering props rebuilt by Maxprop, shafts realigned, major rigging overhauls (new mast furler etc).

Sanctuary is truly a haven at sea and with a 100L/hr watermaker, genset, microwave, washing machine, 12 v fridge and separate 12 v freezer, new AB dinghy 25hp Yamaha outboard, Iridium Go sat phone, current Raymarine instruments, 3 cabins (queen), queen size saloon day bed, 2 heads, separate office, washing machine, large walk around engine rooms, 6.5KVA gen set, 1000amp/hr AGM batteries, solar, wind generator, so self sustainable for water and power, life at anchor and or on passage is very comfortable, safe and hassle free.
