Simpson Cloud 12 Three Cabin

Built by Cloud Catamarans, Noosa... We sold Aly-Kat 1 to the current owners nearly three years ago. They have upgraded and improved her immensely during their extensive east coast cruise. New anchor winch and 60 M x10mm chain (2017), new main sail (2020), new clears (2020), new Waeco refrigeration, removed frontrunner in saloon and stbd bedroom and painted walls and roof, pulled engines out, flowcoated engine spaces, new rear main seals, engines painted, new shafts and re-installed, inside of most cupboards painted white, new helm chair (2020), exterior hulls painted. Owners have found her to be a safe, comfortable and easy to handle cruising home.
The steering station to port forward on the main bulkhead has a new helm chair offering excellent visibility through brand new high quality clears and is weather protected by the bimini over head. There is seating for six on fibreglass seats.
Stepping into the saloon, there is a u shaped settee with seating for six to eight around a movable table.
The are two spacious double cabins forward on the bridgedeck and an east west double aft in the starboard hull.
The spacious bathroom is located aft in the port hull.
The galley is in the starboard hull on top of the stbd engine and offers panoramic views of the ocean through large windows. There is ample bench top space, covered in new formica, and storage cupboards under.
Set up for short handed sailing, this is an excellent value for money 12 m production fibreglass catamaran.
