First impressions from her glossy hulls is that she looks absolutely amazing! This beautifully presented Australian designed, built and registered Brady Custom 'Kia Orana' (May you live) has cruised the Australian coast extensively including Victoria, South Australia, Kangaroo island. She has cruised Tasmania three times so is well set up with a diesel heater, numerous trips along the Qld coast, Kimberley (2015), New Caledonia & Vanuatu (2019) with current second owners, who've owned her for 13 years.
Easy access from the water or the marina via either transom platforms and steps to the weather protected cockpit covered by a hardtop with strata glass clears on the front and breezeway covers on the sides and back. The elevated drive station to port provides excellent vision to all four points of the boat, essential when docking in a marina. The two 60 hp three cylinder, shaft drive Yamaha diesels driving large hydralign three blade feathering propellers makes manoeuvring under power so much easier even at slow speed.
Sail handling is easy with electric furling mainsail, furling genoa and furling jib all controlled from the cockpit. The asymmetric spinnaker has a sock, so deploying and retrieving is relatively easy.
With her generous 7.6 m beam the interior is very spacious. The u-shaped settee to port around the table seats 6 - 8 and is elevated providing panoramic ocean views when seated. The U-shaped galley to starboard opposite is extremely well equipped with plenty of Iceer refrigeration and freezer capacity, large gas four burner stove / oven / grill, ample bench top working space and numerous drawers and cupboards.
There is an inside steering station to port forward which is seldom used, stairs and watertight door amidships to access the foredeck from the saloon which when open at anchor, provides excellent ventilation in hot tropical conditions (Kimberley or FNQ).
The queen bed cabins forward in each hull are well ventilated, have a hanging locker and ample storage for clothes. The port aft cabin has two singles one above the other as well as a Camec top loading washing machine. The starboard aft cabin has a desk and a single bunk so is used as an office/skippers cabin under way.
The bathrooms are amidships in each hull and the toilets with holding tanks and saniloo treatment systems are separated from the showers and wash basins.
The well maintained engines are amidships and have very good access through large opening hatches making maintenance so much easier.
** Lagoon 440 buyers should check out this fabulous vessel.

There is literally nothing to do to her other than load her up and head off. There is a very useful spares list which includes water pump impellers, oil & fuel filters, water filters, 1 x fresh water pump for the main engines and more.
