An exceptional example of this tried and tested Simpson design, "Cat Play" has full standing headroom (6'2 in hulls, 6' in saloon) every conceivable upgrade fitted by her enthusiastic owner, including a Rainman 80 lt/hr watermaker, Radar, Raymarine hybrid touch Pro plotter (2022) and much more. Gorgeous light timber floor and furniture and 6 seater u-shaped saloon settee professionally upholstered in 2019 including all new foam. Lots of storage under the U- shape settee and a new comfortable helm seat Jan 2020 for those long passages.
Comfortable and easy to single hand with 2 double cabins and one single cabin, she sleeps 5 in comfort but currently set up to sleep 4 in the 2 double cabins with the single cabin being used as a pantry as well as for storage of all that fabulous cruising gear, including a state of the art multi charging station, spares, Dyson vacuum stick, etc. The well equipped galley is in the stbd hull and includes a two-burner gas cooktop/grill, amazing ICEER refrigeration/freezer, hot running water, twin sinks and lots of storage lockers. Her 0.85m draft with integral mini keels protect the sail drive and rudders as well as give her the ability to be beached in remote areas for a bottom scrub. The twin 21 hp Nanni diesels and three-blade fixed props give her excellent manoeuvrability for docking and easily push her at 6-7 kts cruise. The weather-protected cockpit makes for easier passages and the targa/dinghy davit keeps the RIB dinghy safe at anchor and under sail.

"Cat Play" is absolutely the best example i've seen of these Simpson designs and comes complete with heaps of spares, kitchen utensils, S/S kettle, pans, drinkware and crockery and cutlery plus new fitted linen and blankets for the 2 doubles berths. Up to date maintenance log with recent oil and fuel filter changes, new fuel pump on port engine with spare for starboard, new coolant with corrosion inhibitor along with new hoses and clamps, new engine v-belts + spares, new mooring lines with approx extra 80m spare and many more spares making Cat Play a vessel ready to make your dreams and new adventures come true.
